ugh ugh UGH!!!!!!

extra junk food from birthday party + stress + lack of willpower + hormones = bad week. :(

The good news is my TV is fixed so I can Wii again.
174.4 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
