I need to stop the self-sabotage and start keeping myself accountable. Almost a month with no weigh-ins, and I realize there are non-scale victories, but for me personally, I've noticed I do better with these benchmarks.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
