I haven't started taking supplements yet, but am getting lots of protein and way less carbs. Also, still had a glass of wine. But, the important thing - I am paying attention and tracking.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
