Computer finally back on track, had to install new hard drive. Was able to sneak in a few minutes at the office to at least keep my food journal current. Glad to get back to journaling.
260.1 lb Lost so far: 16.9 lb.    Still to go: 100.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
