Smoker trying to quit = couldnt sleep , so i ate cant tell you whats the latest i ate but i did go through everything that i had just bought

- 8:00 am. - fried egg sandwich with salad dressing M.W.
- 10:00 " - 1 kiwi
230.8 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
