A little frustrated with the scale today....arggghhh!
279.1 lb Lost so far: 32.9 lb.    Still to go: 129.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for the encouragement. I just get annoyed when it stays the same for very long, especially when I had hoped to lose a bit more this week... It started to head the right direction today. Hooray!
