Put on a bit of weight at Christmas and not been able to shift it so driving my habit better 👍

Been steadily increasing in weight since a low of 166.25 in February 2019
173.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
