Starting today, April 4th 2013, I am going to take my losing weight goal seriously. Im going to start exercising every single day and watching what I eat and recording everything. I need to start losing again, not gaining!!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 35.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
