have not logged weight for a while. I have been fluctuating in my weight the last few weeks. kind of at a platue. I decided to up my intake for a bit and now back to trying to go back down. let's see how this works.
211.8 lb Lost so far: 86.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Plateaus are almost inevitable as we get closer to goal, keep on track, DON'T get discouraged, adjust intake or output if needed and you'll be fine...take care!!

Thanks for the support. Anyone know how to get a toddler to sleep when you have tried everything? Lol

Kuiality—- that is a tough one. Is this child in the terrible two age range?. A major time for fearfulness and insecurity . A physically active day is a must. Establishing a regular routine is also highly recommended; one that signals the child that the evening is winding down. This routine does not include electronics of any kind, including TV. Quiet play with mom and dad? Then bath time with some aroma therapy and soft music followed by a small cup of hot cocoa. Child chooses a book to have a story from after being tucked into bed. Lights out. soft music in the background . Persistence. Also, consider the child’s diet. Sugar and caffeine.

Good advise Kenna. I kept all 5 of my children on a schedule. They knew when it was bedtime that mama ment it. They got a story and it was quite time to sleep.
