I stepped on a scale today and was about 137lbs. I guessed that I was around 130lbs as my start weight so chances are I was actually about 140lbs a few weeks ago. I know I have lost a half inch around my waist so far. It sure is coming off slowly! I am eating better but not excersizing. I'm going to try doing more physical activity and see if that speeds things up.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
