I found this diet which looks really good and hope to loose at least 5kg in 3weeks. So i really need to stay strong and motivated durring these 3 weeks cos i dont fit in any jeans anymore and my belly looks huge. These 7kg that i have gained are bothering me so much because they are heavy and i feel heavy.
So first week i hope to get to 70kg
Second week 68kg
En third week 66kg

Lets get started!

day 1 just fruit (no bananas) day 2 just vegetables day 3 both day 4 5 bananas with 5 glasses of milk day 5,6 and 7 chicken meat or cow meat or fish (4 pieces x 85g, grilled or baked, no oil, a bit of salt) with green vegetables (boiled or salad)

i am planning to re-do the whole diet 2 more times, so 3 weeks in total. are u in with me? i would really love to have some support :)
