Today I am changing my goal target weight. I hit my first goal and now it's time to set my next destination.
I split my system this way as not to seem destin to seem to fail. I really celebrated the first goal! Now othe the next leg of this journey!
189.5 lb Lost so far: 109.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
