It sure is slow going in the weight loss department. Jeez!
187.2 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Look at your chart. Your losing at a great rate. Many people only lose a pound a week, your surpassing that. Great job!

I checked out your Food Diary... Where are all the veggies? LOL! Eat those things, girl! :P 12-15 net carbs a day! I promise you'll see a difference :) Hang in there! :)

Don't be so hard on yourself! Like Suzi161 says your weight chart shows different.. You're losing at a great pace - of course it's not quick enough when it's "ourselves" but you are doing a great job! Keep up the good work!
