So i have not been tracking my food as usual and i have stayed the same in weight because of it. I have been using visualizations to help keep me on track. It has been helping me to picture myself @ the weight i want to be as often as I can during the day. The more i picture myself @ the weight i want to be the easier it is to stick to my good eating habits.
