I have been off of most sugar for 2 weeks and i feel lighter when i walk! I can go for longer times between eating and i don't have the unstoppable urge to eat all day. Its wonderful!
232.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
