Like I said above had a long bike ride today. The worst sins were the apple dumpling ala mode and half a pork tenderloin that I shared with my captain. Feeling pretty tired after my shower, will have ribs and beans for supper. Still need to finish up laundry before I can hit the sack but at 5:00 I'm having trouble keeping my eyes open.
