Did pretty well today I think, just remembered I have to add a glass of red wine. Scriptures in church today were all about vineyards, couldn't help but be in the mood for a glass, usually only have one a week. Rode pretty hard for an hour. Will be doing a long ride next weekend near Grand Rapids, hope the leaves are turning more than here. It's mostly green, unusual for this time of year.
