Today was a pretty good day in spite of breaking the no sugar rule. It was a celebration for a temporary co-worker leaving. Ah well, excuses, excuses. Tomorrow will probably be a break day too, Hubby and are are hoping to get in long bike ride, maybe even a hundred miles. Know I'll need some sugar for refueling. Bought suitcases tonight for our 5 months in Netherlands.
