Holy shit, what a sobering reality!! I just downloaded some apps on my smart TV (Body Check)and got the reality of my obesity. I am topping the chart for being Morbidly obese. It is definately time to get a grip on my reality and mortality. I am going to figure out and start an exercise and diet program to correct my health issues. I do not want to die prematurly due to my ignorence and bad habits. it will not be easy but I must do it now!! Jessie has offered to go to the gym with me, I should take her up on that offer.
