12/30/12 - Decided I better start taking better care of myself so I'm gonna give this a shot again. Not sure what diet to do but I think I will try to follow a low glycemic diet style, maybe Atkins style. Weighed in this morning at 239.5 lbs long term goal is to become 180 lbs.
