Well it says on your chart you ate poorly, so that will add a pound. Make sure your eating the correct amount of calories for your current weight, height, age, sex and body type. Since your already at a very low weight and don't have much to lose, you may need to stick to around 1200-1400 a day. Focus on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. You want to get as much bang for your nutrient buck as you can. Exercise can also be your friend when you don't have much to lose. It will help you lose fat, firm up and feel good. Google "why the scale lies" for some insight in to water weight fluctuations. Weight loss is a learning process, so you just need to keep trying different things to see what will work for you. Play around with the calories.
