1102 kcal Fat: 32.25g | Prot: 46.31g | Carb: 123.49g.   Breakfast: blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee, fiber one 80 calorie chocolate cereal. Lunch: oikos nonfat plain yogurt, great value mixed fruit cup no added sugar, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, Fiber Therapy. Dinner: Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled), sweet leaf diet citrus green tea, coffee, roasted chicken thigh, lower sodium vegetable soup. Snacks/Other: Peppermint Pattie, weight watchers string cheese, merlot wine, almonds. more...
