I am very please and completely shocked that I have lost weight!! 3 lbs!!! I am still watching what I eat, but not exercising like I should and it is still coming off. YAH HOO!!! I can't believe it...this definitely gives me motivation to keep plugging along!!! Thanks for all the great posts and I wish everyone lots of luck! Have a great weekend!!!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week

SWEET GOOD FOR YOU! Thats so cool. I haven't been eating as good as I should but i've been exercising the 5 days a week so I weigh in today and i'll see the damage....lol. UR DOING GREAT!*

Lucky you!!! I wish I could do that. Unless I do both diet and exercise, the weight just isn't coming off. I'm so happy for you...keep it up!!
