Made a different drink this morning, half the drink powder, dumped in strawberries, ice and wela,,filling smoothie :) I don't know why the clinic sells this powder, huge amount of calories and fat for this diet. money make the world go round!
185.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
