Second time in my life i have done this diet. I lost 40 lbs without undue suffering back in 2009. Kept it off mostly till last year then blew up with more belly fat and fat all over. Probley from lifestyle change, depression and just bad food choices. Quit smoking in Jan after lifelong habit, gained about 20lbs after that. So I decided I need to lose weight or die, or worse. Super motivated.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
