9 days ago I cracked the 200 barrier and then took a huge gamble by going hiking for 5 days. The gamble is that you have to eat a lot and it really has to be carb heavy. Last Sunday afternoon we knocked out a fast 9 miles and then followed that up with days of 21, 16.5, 23, and then about 10 before finishing. I had a post hike BBQ buffet on Thursday. Friday I did two cardio workouts in my hotel while my daughter visited friends. Sat morning I worked out before the 500 mile drive home and was too tired to do anything afdter gettiong home except eat like crap.

This morning I burned 600 calories on the bike and weighed in at....194.8. If I can maintain this and be sub 195 Wed morning I have a real shot at sub 190 the following Wed morning for the final weigh in.
