Up a pound from yesterday but since I hadn't weighed in for over a week that's no big deal and I will move forward as if this is my new higher weight to beat. The goal is still to be under 195 Wed morning.

195.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
