So needless to say I stopped the South Beach Diet and shot back up even worse in weight. Since that didn't seem like a reasonable lifestyle change for me, I've decided to try something different and just see how it goes. I've been power walking on my wii fit for 30 mins. around 3-4 times per week. Granted my weight doesn't show it but I am in a pair of pants that I haven't been in, in over 6 months! It's a nice feeling and hopefully I can keep doing this.
