Well had the chance to sleep in and was up at 7:30 darn it! I hate it when that happens but I'm feeling much better now so probably don't need a ton of sleep... went to bed at 11 so still got 8.5 hours sleep... maintained my weight after that hard workout... must not of eaten enough yesterday.
257.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't you hate it when that happens. I sure do. And it is always on the days when I can sleep as long as I want!! :P

I get up at 4:30 daily...if I can make it to 6:30 on the weekends I consider it sleping in. Funny how we used to be able to sleep til noon when we were kids LOL
