Woohoo! I tried not to log my weight until after TOM was gone but it looks like I jumped the scale a day early. Today I'm back to my original weight before the cravings started. Back to my lowest low! Now I just have to destroy my lowest low and get to a new and improved low. Which should be super easy since I know what I burn versus what I eat but we will see. So long as I can stay away from the crap food I will be golden. Yesterday I burned 2000 calories and ate 1500. My goal was to burn 2500 but sitting at a desk all day just doesn't help. Neither did the pudding I made but hey.. it was low cal, no sugar, and yummy.

Tonight I was plannnig on doing the extreme shred and shed video and trying to get through the entire thing finally. That was before little man woke up at 4 am yelling HI HI HI HI So... I've been up since 4 am. Sweet! I got dishes done, I did a load of laundry, I folded some clothes.. I chased little man away from anything he shouldn't he into while he laughed hysterically and stuck his tongue out at me. I'm in trouble. Deeeeeep deeeeeep poopy trouble. This kid is going to be a terror. I love him to bits but he is going to be a handful.

And finally I just want to say I love you guys. I tried posting something on the JM site to get recommendations for some of the workouts and I got nada! Zip! She's always talking about how supportive and great the message boards are but they suck. They sucky suck. All I did was ask if there was something I could do besides jumping jacks and skaters during the cardio circuit because after kids skaters and jumping jacks make me pee a lil. No one was brave enough to answer. Well one woman was but her advice was go talk to my doctor. Has she not had kids? Does she not think I haven't already done this? And her signature to sell all natural supplements annoyed me. I don't want all natural supplements. I want someone to tell me to do a running man or something! They're way too serious over there.

I feel the same way about my little man. He is his father's child. I tell him no while he laughs at me or squeezes me as hard he can too many times everyday. I tell him there is a reason I call him a booger. Also if you go to the bathroom right before you do the jumping jacks you should be fine. I have to empty my bladder before jumping on the trampoline. I then have a 30-45 minute window before I unintentionally pee myself. Also never hurts to wear a panty liner just in case. This comes from a momma of 5 natural birthed babies. ;)

Congrats on getting back to your lowest low!! I'm looking forward to congratulating you on your new lowest low that will be coming shortly!! As for the peeing thing - it sucks but I've found that the more you stick to it (doing the jumping jacks and pretending to skip rope) the stronger your pelvic muscles will become. In the meantime, just use a pantyliner!!! You could try marching on the spot too, just make sure you get your knees up high to maintain the cardio activity. Good luck!

Yeah, ditto, I have to make sure I potty before getting on the treadmill. And the panty liner is a good idea too. Hate it when I sneeze. It's either when I have just put on mascara or have a "full" bladder..... :P

Maybe that's my problem I never did jumping jacks or skaters till after I had kids! All I know is the kegals aren't doing squat.

I've not even had kids, but I get the potty problem when I cough or sneeze too hard. I think it's just age related. Anyway, the panty liners- and even some of the products that are made for such issues are getting better. Poise I think makes the smallest ones and are great for the times when it's more than you were expecting... My best friend swears by that brand, too, which is how I know about them- the last time I had bronchitis was awful and she's like my go-to since my mom died for things of that nature. You'd have thought I'd never been potty trained- I thought something was seriously wrong with me...

Congrat chica! TOM is just about over for me but still read 131 this morning. Been better but not good enough. But I haven't been working out and to be honest if all that will do is cause a 2 pound swing then I guess I can deal with that esp this time of year. I'll do an "official" weigh in Wed ot Thr as usual. Yeah I have the potty issue and my kids weren't natural lol! I'll go before doing anything at the gym and still need to interupt my workout sometimes. Drives me BATTY! I think I want one of those calculator thingies... hubby would kill me lol! And yes we rock compared to most sites don't we?

We totally rock! And yes you need a calculator thingy! Now I have proof I only slept 5 hours last night. When hubby complains he's tired I can pull up the tracking screen and say see??? I slept 5 hours. Shut up! lol

Wow you are really doing well with your new equipment and exercise. Enjoy little man - mine is 32 now and still a handful but I don't know what I would do without him. Take it from a woman who knows - POISE - are great liners.

LOL girls....you need to do pelvic floor exercises, DFW I guess you tried the kegal gadgets, but they are rubbish. The pelvic is part of your core muscles & once you have stabelised them (planks etc) the rest should sort itself out. I still got the odd 'accident' but only if I laugh hysterically with a full bladder ;)

Yes! concour the weight stall! The trampoline is my worst LOL. Maybe do crunches or pushups.

I was listening to Jillian on my run on Friday and she was talking all about her message boards and how awesome her community is.. interesting you find it LAME! lol. Nice job getting back down to your low. A new one will be here soon the way you are going!!

She keeps talking about how supportive everyone is but it seems like a post will get 100+ views but only 1 reply what isn't all that supportive or informative. In the self thread people will talk about their struggle and get one reply that's usually thanks for posting this. ??? Seriously? When I complain I want something more than.. thanks for sharing. Blah! Drives me batty. I should start replying and see how long it takes them to ban me. lol But then I would have to pay $7 a month for my body media instead of $4. Although.. I just got the display so I don't think I need a membership. Maybe i do.. not sure. lol

So far I didn't really enjoy her podcasts at all.. but your love of JM (and others who also love her) make me think I might have just caught some of the stupider ones. No inspiration at all thus far. Did you get the watch display? I got an email about it.. that'd be cool if you didn't need the monthly membership but something tells me you still will....

Yup I got the watch display. It's still in the package though. I'll let you know what I find out tonight if I have the time to open the sucker. It's just me and the kids tonight so I don't have anyone to distract them when I want to do something. I started the podcasts at the beginning in 2011. There is alot of info on healthy eating, avoiding chemicals, going natural.. Im almost to 2012 now. Some of them I speed though because she has guests that talk about crap I could care less about. I have noticed the OMG I love you calls are getting more intense. It will be interesting to see if I still like them they get more current. Now that you've said you didn't like them it makes me wonder. lol

I just picked a few to put on my ipod and listened to 2 of them.. ones with names that didn't seem relevant to what they actually talked about lol. Im sure you don't have time.. buttttt.... if you think about it... and have some specific ones to recommend... lol

I will comment on your exercise question - YES! You can do any exercise that keeps your heartrate up. If that's the Running Man or the Roger Rabbit (remember that one? LOL) or whatever - just go for it! :)
