Back down under 180 FINALLY!! Had a couple days of significantly decreased calories. I didn't track a couple of days so I don't know exact numbers but for the days I did track here are the stats:
Ave Wt. 181.4 (down 0.1) Ave Net Carb 27.9 (where I should be) Ave Cal 1484 (slightly low) Ave WW PP 27 (good)
I'm happy with where I am and hope the scale keeps going down!!
