Yea!! On my way..week 1 total loss 6 pounds. Went to the fair last night - wasn't even tempted by all the food. Before fair we went to our favorite Mexican Restaurant - had my low carb wraps and fajitas. Ate 1 chip and salsa big victory for me!! Took my atkins bar for a treat at the fair. No food had control of me...I was in control!

182.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
