So I gained .2 of a pound I don't know if it's due to the celebrating of my son's birthday or muscle. I worked out every single day last week so I'm pretty sure it was the celebration. I said I was going to be honest with my weigh ins from here on in. The funny thing is my scale put me at 145.4 not too many days ago.
148.2 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
