Tiny loss, but will take it. I ended up doing treadmill last night, uphill, slower pace, but got heart rate up into 140's eventually this time. Wanted to swim, but neighbors had men up on their roof looking into the pool area so that was a non-starter. Not because I'm self-conscious; because it was a bunch of strangers looking into my house and yard.

First pack walk of the year tonight, class resumes, hoping the master trainer is there because I have a feeling it's going to be packed (pun intended). Work is nuts, but I'm trying to focus on balance this year. Hahahahaha.

Decided to tweak breakfast this morning, gave the quiche crust to the dogs and put two egg whites on top. Still measuring total calories because it's too hard, but no biggie. Also going to break up the JoJo's bars into crumbles going forward. Will get more mileage out of the bag if I eat 1/4 bar and won't bump up against my caloric ceiling like I did last night.
