My daughter and I are trying to count calories and fat together. Neither of us are having good results. I'm discouraged. I am going to try to keep my fat grms below 40 per day for one week to see if that will work. I am not sure how low my fat grams need to be to lose weight.
I am reading that fat should be no more that 35%of total daily calories. Figured at 1200 calories, 35% is 420 calories divided by 9 equals 46 grms per day of healthy fats.
