LOVE THIS PLAN! Lost another 1/2 pound and the inches seem to continue to shed. I am feeling great. I will be moving to Phase 2 next week adding a carbs slowly to my diet paying close attention to the affect. I reviewed my book last night and looked at Phase 3 Lifestyle eating boy am I excited to add those items in. With that I think I can do this plan for a lifetime... that is my goal! I am doing this for a healthy life inside and out. Happy Flushing this weekend everyone... Stay away from those chocolate bunnies and make some FF Deviled Eggs as a treat!
