Easter weekend was harder than I thought it would be... We had my family over for dinner on Sunday. I made a lamb roast, asparagus, and yams. I added more salt than I would have without guests. I wanted to make sure they enjoyed the dinner. This was my first time cooking a lamb and I wasn't sure how to season. I added fresh rosemary, low sodium chicken broth and we stuffed it with whole garlic. Cooked asparagus with the low sodium broth, fresh garlic and added a tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce. We served fresh strawberries and little 1"x2" squares of carrot cake... I had to have one. I also had a couple of my son’s chocolates yesterday and some wheat thins. Feel really bad about that today! When I stay 100% my willpower is the best... once I slip it's all downhill from there. I am back on track this morning and ready for the week.
