After another day of low carb/cal I am at 190.3. I have a feeling glycogen depleation will kick in soon. Will reduce volume of lift today (3 sets). Also, hunger is very bad. I have my ways to fight it, but as always, it will eventually get to me. Hopefully will improve without bingeing.
