I'm losing weight too much so I really over ate yesterday! :) I forced myself to eat.
I looked up today to see if the cause could be due to my taking CBD for pain and to help sleep. quote:
[While there is plenty of anecdotal evidence to suggest that CBD is helpful for appetite suppression. ... CBD does not cause the same increase in appetite as THC because it does not bind directly at the CB1 receptor.]
No studies have been done to see if it does reduce appetite, but I'm just NOT hungry all day!! since I've been taking it. It really helps me sleep though and greatly reduces pain. (cervical spine damage, and recent damage ,10/26/19, strained or partly torn ligaments.)
144.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
