Going to my mom and dad's today. BBQ'ing pork chops, potato salad, baked beans, pies... Figured up on here I can have 2 4 oz pork chops and baked beans. No potato salad for me or desert. I have my Smart Ones deserts here at home if I want. Those pies - one eighth of a piece is 450 calories! Just looking at that makes me not want to eat any LOL.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
