Well, I went to the gym for the first time in a few days.

I have been procrastinating going there because I have been going through a tough time in the last few days getting over some things in my personal life-namely, my ex-boyfriend.

I did finally go and burn off 700 calories which was great. It felt good to work out the frustration and anger out of my system. I have so much going on right now and it helps to relieve the stress and tension somehow....

Exercise and weight loss is the one thing I can count on that will never let me down. Ever.
156.6 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

Great job putting the effort in to workout. Workouts are a great help for me also when I get frustrated & stressed. Way to go.

Good for you! I've been feeling a bit laze this weekend, but as soon as the sun sets, and it cools to less than 100 degrees outside, I'll be taking my frustrations and my dog on a walk too! Keep it up, your posts are inspiring.
