Two pounds gone this week is great! I'm keeping at it and trying to avoid the cravings of PMS. I am such an emotional eater. It's been really tough. I just keep reminding myself I need to get through the next couple of days. :)
197.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
