so had 3 sml glasses of white wine last night and 1 pint of cider and black. missed the 5k run this morning as was given the wrong time by my friend! so went to the gym instead and nailed my programme. feeling really good about myself now. just wondering what to eat for lunch, want something really tasty but not too naughty as the weight isnt coming off but i can feel a difference in my clothes. may start to put my measurements on here too?
any suggestions on something yummy to eat feel free to share x
167.3 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
