over indulged lastnight for tea, had the family over for food so went crazy and got a plain tikka chicken wrap and had a hand full (literally) of chip shop chips, had 3 pints of cider and black and my sons crust from a slice of his 10" deep pan margarita pizza (about 2inch left on the crust). i havent been to the gym this wk and missed running lastnight. i did have a brisk walk yesterday for about 12mins burning 68 cals. not a productive week as the scales showed this morning
