Didnt do the best this pst week. Missed gym three times and ate more calories. Not bad cals, just more. Started working so going to gum street work has been rough. Will go more this week.
140.5 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
