Well, end of day 4...

head aches are gone now... whew... :) no cravings for bread or sweets... which is awesome. Finding more liberty to eat lean meats, which is good...

So, looking forward to all the weight loss...

got some more Ideal Protein packages... drink mixes... and now getting more into salads...

269.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
