Started working at jhh Thursday, didn't make to gym in Tuesday or Thursday do missed two days. Still lost 1.5 lbs but still.have to work hard and Getty used to gym and work
141.5 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
