So happy, lost 3.5lbs this week. Only had one bad day. Keep motivated and going to gym. Today will,b day five in a row for the gym. Take dogs for as many walks as can too
143.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
