Slow couple of weeks. Had a routine medical procedure that messed up my digestive system for a couple of weeks, and needed a CT scan follow-up that came just as my system was getting back to normal (laxative-aided fasting for the colonoscopy, and barium yucky drink & injected dyes for the CT scan). Good news: everything is fine! Bad news: My system is apparently sensitive to all that stuff. But I guess I already knew that.

Anyway, down another pound. That's always good news, even if it's slow in coming. Soldiering on!
196.4 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
