yay for whooshes! I've been at 176 all week, despite being OP. I've had some stress lately but only went for chocolate a couple of times and I didn't give up entirely. :)
174.4 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
